Sherbet
We made sherbet in Room 3 as part of our Fizzing and Foaming investigations. We tasted all the ingredients before we mixed them together. Some of them were pretty yuk! When we mixed the ingredients together and tasted it, the mixture fizzed in our mouth. We know that this is because we were mixing acids and carbonates. The sherbet tasted great!

Hi Room 3
I have been hearing so many stories from Mrs Baker about all the fun science you are doing in your classroom.
I think the sherbet would have tasted a whole lot better after mixing the ingredients than before.
Did it feel funny in your mouth?
Maybe some of you 'scientists' could come and help Room 12 and 13 next week by showing us what you have done and what you know about mixing ingredients together.
