Fizzing and Foaming Again!

Today we did an experiment with baking soda (a carbonate) and vinegar (an acid). We put them in a bottle with a balloon on top and watched with wonder as they mixed together and fixed and foamed and blew up the balloon!
We wondered...
Would the balloon pop?
What if we added more baking soda and vinegar?
What if we took the balloon off?
