Fizzing and Foaming Science

In Room 3 this week we have been Fizzing and Foaming!! We made a spectacular volcano in the sandpit, and then we did an experiment using lemon juice and chalk. The chalk is getting little holes all over it.  We learnt about acids and carbonates and what happens when they mix together.
